Margaret has led NextPhase for fifteen years, growing the firm from a regional builder to a national contractor across nine states.
David Okafor
David oversees field operations and safety. He came up through the ironworkers' apprenticeship and has been on site for every major mission-critical delivery in the firm's portfolio.
Priya Raman
Priya leads estimating, planning, and lean delivery. She holds a master's in construction engineering and has authored two industry papers on integrated project delivery.
James Reyes
James joined NextPhase from a top-twenty national firm and brings deep capital-markets experience to client financing strategies.
Helena Wright
Helena chairs our internal safety council and represents the firm on three national industry safety boards.
